I`m all for a native forest, what about you?
Last Saturday we organized a plantation of native trees in Morga together with Lurgaia Foundation on land ceded by the owner to the Foundation through the figure of custody of the territory. It was a beautiful morning, where apart from learning the correct way to plant a tree well and the benefits of brambles for the regeneration of a forest, we of course planted oak and ash trees in a pleasant and sunny environment.
After the teamwork, we went up to the host’s house and we were treated to some excellent potato omelettes, just like in the good old days, which provided us with another reason for wanting to repeat these activities! And there is something special about planting trees, with the intention of regenerating our native forest and more so if it is in a group and on your land …
